I thought in this blog I would get myself caught up on all the recent happenings in our life. We of course moved to Phoenix two weeks ago. Leaving Utah was WAY harder that we thought it would be. We had the best house, the best ward, the best friends, and the best neighborhood in the world. We were all sobbing with our dear friends the Reed's as our little boys hugged goodbye and we said goodbye to the best friends and next door neighbors you could ask for. We miss them terribly and Weston is really feeling the loss of his best friend. We don't know how we are going to put together a Sunday night dinner without going next door to borrow some ingredient we forgot to get at the store. We are so excited for them to come soon and visit us. We miss everyone in Utah and the transition to a new place is definately hard. The boys were pretty sad the first week, but have since cheered up because they have a ton of cousins here and Weston is in a new school he loves and we signed him up for Kung Fu. Watch out because he can karate chop with the best of them. Taylor's new company, is up and running as well. They let me decorate the office reception area and that was something fun to do the first week here. The weather is beautiful and the kids are loving the park in our neighborhood and the nightly walks with me and Tay.
Our first week at church ( which is at 8:00 am and a 20 minute drive from our house!) Weston was really cranky and stuck his tongue out at the Bishop when we weren't looking. This week he went up to the Bishop and said "Hi bishop! I'm so sorry for spitting" It was really cute.
We had a great family Easter with all the cousins and Aunts and Uncles. We decided since there was 15 kids between us all we would for go the city egg hunt and do our own. It was a ton of fun and totally chaotic ( what isn't with 15 kids?) We love having family close!
Here are some cute pics from the last month or so we thought we blog worthy.
