Raschell comes into visit often and we always have a blast when she does.  Now that I have a girl it is even more fun.  Before Lucy was born we bought her all kinds of princess dresses (Raschell and I).  I think she was the first baby ever to have such an extensive collection.  This Saturday we had some down time and decided that we were going to dress Lucy up and play with her.  Before you think I am an awful parent you need to realize that she LOVES this.  She loves putting makeup on, dressing up, picking out shoes, painting her nails and anything else girly and grown up.   this was her dream come true and honestly mine too.  This little darling of mine is seriously the little girl I never even dared dream of.  She exceeds all my expectations everyday ( not just because she loves shoes) but because she is such a little bundle of joy with such a distinct and amazing personality.  She loved all the dresses except the limitations in the Ariel fin and she just hated the baby Tinkerbell getup.  Afterwards she had a blast running around in her diaper.  She absolutely refused to take the shoes off. 

 

 

Cutie Pants

Children’s Place always has the most awesome sales.  I just recently got a ton of shoes and clothes for the kids most of them costing $2.99 a piece.  I brought all my lovely goods home and the kids had a fashion show.  My children LOVE new shoes.  I have no idea where they get it from, certainly not me (yeah right).   Jameson was most excited about these new underpants and high top sneakers I got him.  He put them on and stayed in them all day.  And he looked so darling I let him. 

Mud Run 2010

I was doing the HCG diet a month or so ago and I realized that I was going to be on the diet (where you eat next to nothing and take the pregnancy hormone….crazy I know) for the mud run.  I decided I was not going to sit it out even though I had no energy and no food in my system.  I popped a nutri grain bar in my mouth and thought it would sustain me through the 4 mile run.  I mean I am a Ragnathlete after all.  I did finish the mud run but I almost passed out …for real.  I did finish however and am glad I did it.  It was a blast getting all dirty at the end and impersonating Nacho Libre stretchy pants (a new race day tradition for my running buddies).  I may have also totally biffed it while we were doing a jumping picture of us at the end due to my lack of control of my muscles.  We were Team Titan and adorable might I add.  Next race there will be no HCG and a much better finish time.

I have been trying to catch up on my blogging. Lucy's down for nap and the boys are playing in the lpayroom. I just caught a tidbit of the conversation between Weston and Jameson. "James listen the Holy Ghost is telling us to go play playdoh....let's go!"

Joe and Kara’s Wedding!

We are so happy to have Kara as the newest member of our family!  She is so great and makes my brother so happy.  Their wedding was beautiful and Taylor and I were lucky enough to be asked to be in the wedding party.  The wedding was beautiful and the reception was so much fun.  My childhood best friend (more like sister really) took my kids to her house during the reception so Tay and I could have fun at the reception.  Not that I don’t have fun with my kids……...just not with overtired kids at 10pm.  We literally danced all night.  I was a blast. It was so great to see cousins I haven’t seen in ages and have all of the family together at once.  It was a really awesome night.  Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Rozak!
